Massages are customized to each individual to their pressure, needs and wants. Sometimes incorporating hot stones to local areas of tension to help melt the stress away. Before each massage we will go over medical history.

This session will include a combination of tuning forks, crystals, bio-mat(copper/chakra or jade and black tourmaline/red light therapy) to heal mind, body and spirit as a whole.
