Massages are customized to each individual to their pressure, needs and wants. Sometimes incorporating hot stones to local areas of tension to help melt the stress away. Before each massage we will go over medical history. 

Sound healing helps relieve unwanted stress, past trauma or emotions that you can't regulate. Let me help you achieve homeostasis, a constant body flow, with a customized intuitive healing session. This session will include a combination of tuning forks, crystals, bio-mat(copper/chakra or jade and black tourmaline/red light therapy) jade hot stones, basalt, Himalayan salt stones to heal mind, body and spirit as a whole.   (Crystal intuitively placed/Oracle card pull)
